No Return, No Refund Policy

At D'Fleur, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet the expectations of our customers. Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased through our website.

Exceptions and Restocking Fees

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, accept returns. If a return is authorized, a 25% restocking fee may be applied to the return. This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded or credited. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide detailed information regarding the damage or defect, including photos which are required to support your claim. Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
